Chez Francois Restaurant Wine Dinner

Please join us on Thursday May 22, 2008 as we taste seven wines from the Dierberg Family of Wines. Comprised of three brands, the Dierberg Family of Wines showcase the different micro-climates and terroir of Santa Barbara County, California.

 

California Goat Cheese Package with Smoked Shrimp

Goat cheese wrapped in broiled zucchini, topped with smoked baby Maine shrimp, served on a bed of English pea purée, garnished with pea tendrils.

Alaskan Halibut Citrus Essence

Seared Alaskan Halibut filet, topped with candied Kumquats and essence of citrus, garnished with mango, ruby grapefruit segments and toasted hazelnuts, finished with a lemon grass, chive and lemon verbena broth.
