  • 2020/2021 Dierberg Chardonnay Sta. Rita Hills

Our whites and reds hit the market later than most wineries. They're crafted for the long term, offering great structure with some bottle age. That’s why our 2020 Sta. Rita Hills Chardonnay was released just last year. In both the 20 and 21 vintages, the key is anaerobic ML, giving you all the texture without the butter, and just 10% new oak— the rest in neutral Feudre. The result? A fantastic expression of classic SRH citrus and saline. It's a perfect by-the-glass Chardonnay, with BTG pricing available in most markets. Less than 1,000 cases produced.

  • 2020/2021 Dierberg Estate Pinot Noir Sta. Rita Hills

We're wrapping up the 2020 estate Pinot Noir release and will be shifting to the 2021 vintage in about a month. This wine, exclusively from our Drum Canyon Vineyard, is what we call the "premier cru" of our well-known south-facing slope in Sta. Rita Hills. According to Jeb Dunnuck, the 2021 vintage features "Black cherries, black raspberries, leafy herbs, and sappy, floral nuances." It's a medium-bodied, nicely textured Pinot Noir with a classic Sta. Rita Hills salty finish. Less than 1,000 cases produced.

  • Last of the 2018 Drum Canyon Vineyard Pinot Noir!

We have only a few cases left of this remarkable 95-point Pinot Noir from Drum Canyon, described by Dunnuck as "head-turning." It's crafted from what we regard as the "Grand Cru" section of the slope. Interestingly, the vines for this bottling are positioned at the upper part of our vineyard slope, just before reaching the cap. It appears the Burgundians knew their hills well, so we're not reinventing the wheel by isolating this part of our hill. Following this, we'll be introducing a very limited quantity of the 2019 vintage. Feel free to contact us right away for allocation information!
