Relax and enjoy the casual elegance of the Dieberg tasting experience at Drum Canyon Vineyard. Six current release and hidden gem wines are poured by your host. $35 per person. Reservations are recommended but not required. We’re a family winery and families are welcome!

Private Tasting
This in-depth, 90-minute tasting experience showcases wines hand-selected by winemaker Tyler Thomas and features a curated class where participants learn about the specifics of Dierberg Vineyard winemaking and sustainability practices. The Private Tasting also allows guests to taste a selection of estate wines from the family’s Star Lane Estate. $65 per person.

Drum Canyon Hike and Taste
A beautiful and leisurely hike up Drum Canyon Vineyard leads guests to a stunning view of the Sta. Rita Hills as they emerge at the vineyard’s top slope. Guests return with their host to the Tasting Lounge and enjoy a selection of wines from specific Pinot Noir and Chardonnay blocks that were viewed on the hike. $65 per person. Limited Availability.
